Pay Range: $85,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities- Support the operations department in developing comprehensive written procedures and standards for material/component inspection and assessment.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand technical and visual expectations of components and products.
- Document standards clearly using provided templates, incorporating text, images, and physical samples as needed.
- Ensure clarity of standards and obtain stakeholder approval through effective communication.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and identify areas where additional support may be required.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment, particularly in contract furniture, automotive, or similar industries.
- Motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of quality system documentation and standardized work processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across shop and office teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant software tools.
- Technical or Engineering Degree (AS/BS) is a plus.
