- For Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related field; 1-3+ years of relevant experience preferred. - For Technician:
Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent experience; 0-2+ years of relevant experience preferred. - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, hands-on mechanical aptitude, analytical thinking, ability to follow technical procedures, effective communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
