Distribution Field Technician

What You'll Do

• Conduct field surveys to collect data on land features, boundaries, and topography
• Operate and maintain survey equipment such as total stations, GPS units, and levels
• Assist in the setup and calibration of survey instruments
• Record and document survey data accurately and efficiently
• Assist in the preparation of survey reports, maps, and drawings
• Ensure compliance with survey standards and project specifications
• Communicate findings and observations to the Survey Crew Chief/Lead Surveyor
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during fieldwork
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Survey Crew Chief/Lead Surveyor

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET‑accredited institution in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 0 to 4 years of experience with construction observation, reporting, and consultation
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to interpret work plans
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
