Senior Technical Support Engineer - Acron Aviation

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues on certified avionics systems in the field and in the lab.
• Collaborate with OEMs, maintenance providers, and fleet operators to provide technical guidance and root‑cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting procedures, service bulletins, and technical documentation.
• Perform functional and environmental testing using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and custom test rigs.
• Ensure all support activities comply with FAA/EASA regulations and internal quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of avionics support experience.
• Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++ development and debugging of real‑time flight control software.
• Hands‑on experience with avionics test and measurement equipment and interpreting schematics.
• In‑depth knowledge of FAA/EASA certification requirements and safety‑critical system processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, cross‑functional teams, and producing clear technical reports.
