Job Overview

Akkodis is recruiting for a MBSE for an aerospace manufacturer in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This is an onsite contract position with a pay range of $85 an hour to $105 an hour depending on experience, education, and location. Per diem possible if criteria is met.

• Networking Device Experience
• Strong Cameo experience – specifically tracing in requirement database, modeling internal interfaces, creating diagrams based on a defined metamodel.
• Ability to read technical specifications and review against certification requirement documentation.
• Familiarity with avionics principles (types of memory, common signals, profiles).
• Basic python programming experience is desired
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
• Able to self-prioritize work assignments in a manner that maximizes team effectiveness and project efficiency
• Ability to execute against complex and dynamic objectives with minimal oversight
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering from an accredited College or University.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams in a classified environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Possesses a SECRET US security clearance
