Configurations Administrator

The Configurations Administrator is responsible to enter, update and maintain customer’s TDPs (Technical Data Package), including all engineering requests that change the BOM (Bill of Material).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain drawing and BOM packages for assigned customers Generate BOMs from customer supplied parts list and print packages for new solicitations and jobs Maintains organized filing system for all print packages. Stores and archives all electronic documents on network server Initiates, monitors, and implements BOM change notifications Implements, maintains, and archives all change notices for internal and external requests including ECN (Engineering Change Notice), ECP (Engineering Change Proposal) /ECO (Engineering Change Orders), NOR (Notice of Revision) and other requested changes Any other task assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements High school diploma or GED AS degree in mechanical design, business, manufacturing technology, accounting or IS, preferred Experience reading and interpreting engineering documents and drawings, preferred Ability to utilize rule-based logic to convert parts lists to BOMs Strong mathematical skills Strong analytical skills Strong attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent organizational and planning skills About our Company Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is an industry leader in providing high-reliability electronic systems for Aerospace and Defense companies across the globe.
