• Plans, implements, and oversees plant‑engineering activities including capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Specializes in design, mechanical, and process engineering while supporting the functions of other departments.
• Designs, installs, and implements new or upgraded plant and processing equipment; troubleshoots and drives continual improvements for existing equipment and processes.
• Secures bids for services and equipment and functions as the project manager for specific capital projects.
• Writes equipment specifications for new and upgraded equipment.

• BS Degree in Engineering:
  Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience with plant engineering
• Experience in chemical handling and thermal drying
• Proficient in using Solid Works, AutoCAD, data analysis programs or related software
• Proficient with mechanical design, industrial electronics, and plant layout
• Familiar with NFPA processes including, though not limited to, gas, electric, fire safety and Factory Mutual (FM) requirements; experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery
• PLC troubleshooting (PLC programming not required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Web handling and roll‑to‑roll web coating
• Textile Manufacturing
