A well-established multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to lead the design of complex building systems projects while working across a diverse portfolio that includes healthcare, life sciences, higher education, commercial, municipal, and institutional facilities.

What You’ll Do- Lead electrical system design for new construction and renovation projects
- Design and coordinate power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems
- Develop construction documents and technical specifications
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and architectural teams
- Manage project deliverables, schedules, and technical quality
- Mentor and support engineers and designers
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
- Conduct site visits and provide construction administration support
- Develop practical engineering solutions and resolve project challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- 5+ years of electrical building systems design experience
- Proficiency with Revit and related design software
- Experience designing lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm systems
- Strong communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
