Sales Engineer
Role
Support business growth as a Sales Application Engineer II by providing technical sales support, developing HVAC solutions, and partnering with account managers and customers.
ResponsibilitiesBuild customer relationships, develop equipment proposals, evaluate HVAC needs, prepare technical and pricing documentation, and support project planning and execution. Assist with product messaging, technical consultations, and troubleshooting. Use engineering principles, interpret schematics, and utilize software tools for design and analysis. Coordinate with teams to ensure project success and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent, 3+ years in estimating or engineering, HVAC system knowledge, proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant software. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing priorities.
