Load emulated PLC programs and perform static functional testing according to Operation descriptions and drawings;
Collaborate with electrical installers and Controls Engineers to implement and validate material handling systems at customer sites across North America;
Complete I/O and device-level checkout and validation;
Identify and resolve problems with components such as PLCs, field devices, and network repeaters;
Turn over validated subsystems to Controls Engineering with validation checklists
