Stryker’s Instruments Test Lab is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead performance and lifecycle testing for next‑generation medical devices. You will coordinate test activities, develop methodologies, and act as the primary technical contact between Test Lab and Product Development.
Responsibilities include selecting equipment, creating fixtures, setting up test systems, and maintaining test protocols while working across shifts as needed. Strong lab culture and safety practices are required.
