Works cross-functionally with engineers, mechanical designers, manufacturing, suppliers, industrial design, and marketing by performing large, complex engineering assignments related to the creation, development, and-or improvement of product designs.
Skills and Abilities:- Technology-Engineering Analysis & Methodology:
Ability to apply mechanical engineering principles, material science, manufacturing processes and tooling as they relate to the engineering of a product. - Experience in the engineering approval of parts for production (ISIR-PPAPs)
- Experience performing and understanding DFMEA-PFMEAs.
- A proven history of successful product launches into production.
- Computer
Skills:
Creo experience is required, Windchill experience is nice to have.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent is required.
