Mel Trotter Ministries is seeking an Intake Specialist to be the first face guests see when entering our facility, serving as a brand representative of our values and hospitality. You will anticipate needs, provide accurate information, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
You will support facility cleanliness, coordinate with Nursing and Triage teams, perform perimeter checks to keep items out of the building, and help de-escalate tense situations with calm, compassionate care.
