Pricing & Supply Chain Senior Analyst

The Pricing & Supply Chain Senior Analyst will be part of the Heartland Home Services Corporate Finance team. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future growth and profitability of all Heartland brands by driving enterprise-level pricing strategy, margin integrity, and supply chain cost visibility across a rapidly growing, acquisition-driven organization.

This role provides analytical oversight for pricing, purchasing compliance, and cost optimization across the entire Heartland portfolio. The Analyst will work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Brand leadership to develop and execute a more standardized pricing framework, support equipment and materials standardization, and enhance visibility into vendor costs and purchasing behavior.

As an emerging organization, the following responsibility areas are not all encompassing. Areas of focus will be identified and prioritized with other members of the management team in partnership with internal and external resources. As the organization grows, roles will be modified and/or grown to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

• Serve as a key business partner to Finance leadership and Brand Operators to drive pricing accuracy, margin integrity, and overall profitability across all Heartland brands.
• Lead enterprise-level pricing analysis to ensure pricing structures are competitive, compliant, margin-accretive, and aligned with market dynamics. Develop, refine, and maintain pricing frameworks.
• Support the design and rollout of market-specific pricing strategies, including development of pricing guardrails, flat-rate pricing structures, task-based price books, and standardization initiatives within Service Titan (ERP).
• Conduct ongoing analysis of realized price performance, discounting behavior, technician-level profitability, and margin variance. Provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Build and own recurring reporting dashboards in Domo (BI), including pricing compliance, gross margin monitoring, materials and equipment cost reporting, and purchasing analytics.
• Support the build-out, optimization, and enforcement of a more standardized pricing and supply chain framework across Heartland’s brands.
• Partner with Finance and Brand leadership to prepare analyses supporting pricing changes, purchasing behavior improvements, and enterprise strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate adherence to preferred vendor programs and purchasing channels; support internal initiatives designed to drive consolidation, operational efficiency, and improved cost visibility.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects including centralized pricing implementation, materials and equipment standardization, vendor consolidation, and integration of newly acquired brands.
• Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and field troubleshooting as business needs evolve, including data clean-up, process improvement, and system alignment.

The selected candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience working with large, ambiguous, or imperfect data sets.
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in pricing, FP&A, financial analysis, supply chain analytics, or related finance-adjacent function required.
• Experience with ERP and BI systems preferred, particularly Service Titan, Domo, Intacct, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and support operational change management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Positive, team-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills and a "can-do" approach.
• Sense of urgency and ownership; comfortable delivering in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
