Responsibilities:

- Oversee month-end closing activities, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.

- Develop comprehensive financial reports and schedules to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance standards.

- Implement and maintain internal control policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Facilitate collaboration with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.

- Assist in the consolidation of financial statements for international operations.

- Prepare and file various tax documents, including income, sales, and property taxes.

- Create detailed tax provision schedules for both domestic and international entities.

- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize financial procedures.

- Contribute to initiatives focused on streamlining and enhancing accounting processes.

- Provide clear and effective communication to address financial concerns across departments.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in managing month-end close processes and preparing journal entries.

- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliations.

- Experience with bank reconciliations and monthly sales tax filings.

- Familiarity with financial reporting and tax compliance for domestic and international entities.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
