About the Company

Dolav USA is the U.S. subsidiary of a leading global company of superior handling and storage solutions sector, specializes in producing large-volume pallet boxes. As part of an international organization, we are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations in the U.S. and maintain clear, accurate, and timely reporting to our headquarters in Israel.

Role Summary

The Finance Manager will lead all financial functions for the U.S. entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations while aligning with the strategic and operational goals of the parent company. This role provides consultation and guidance to the U.S. GM and Leadership Team regarding performance and makes creative recommendations support the strategic direction. Performing internal control processes on an ongoing basis. A key responsibility of this role includes routine financial reporting and coordination with the finance team in Israel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee financial strategy, planning, and forecasting for the U.S. entity
  • Manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow
  • Implement and maintain internal controls, financial systems, and procedures
  • Display high moral and ethical standards and a high level of integrity
  • Collaborate closely with the global finance team to align financial policies and timelines
General Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to the parent company in Israel (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and local tax regulations
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants
  • Support consolidation processes and provide financial data for global reporting
  • Supervise accounting and finance operations locally, including payroll and vendor payments
  • Member of US Leadership Team, representing finance, providing strategic direction and aligning implementation / execution of key priorities to achieve subsidiary performance targets.
Minimum Education , Experience and Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally in an international company
  • Strong understanding of both U.S. GAAP and cross-border reporting
  • Experience in preparing intercompany reports and coordinating with global teams
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
  • Experience working in a global company
Preferred Education, Experience and Skill Requirements
  • Experience in a multinational or dual-structure organization
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Proficiency in SAP B1 and financial software
