* Job Summary:

** We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Manager of Financial Accounting to support the oversight of monthly and quarterly close activities, including reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and external audit preparation.

You’ll ensure reconciliations are accurate, supported by documentation, and aligned with the corporate general ledger. You will also provide timely reports, help resolve reconciling items, and serve as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external auditors.

This position is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional with excellent organizational and people skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior accounting or financial analyst experience is required, and title insurance industry experience is highly preferred.
** Responsibilities
* ** Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
* Research and resolve significant revenue and expense variances.
* Prepare month-end journal entries, revenue reports, and related analysis.
* Assist with the monthly Close of agency management systems.
* Provide quarterly reconciliation support to the Manager of Financial Accounting and external auditors.
* Complete reporting requests from Finance, Leadership, and other internal departments.
* Fulfill audit requests and contribute to the annual audit process.
* Review and report on aged receivables (over 60 days) and producer commission calculations.
* Reconcile intercompany balances between Acrisure affiliates.
* Monitor bank activity and record in accounting system.
* Record and monitor revenue transactions.
* Record and issue payments for accounts payable
* Assist with annual and quarterly activities, including budget support, escheatment, state apportionment, 1099s, and unclaimed property.
* Collaborate with the accounting team to review income statements versus budget and help Partners understand key variances.
* Provide “best in class” support to internal teams, Partners, and external stakeholders.
* Lead team projects and assignments, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are clearly communicated.

Experience:
