Senior Financial Analyst

Kforce's client, a growing organization in Kentwood, MI, is adding a newly created FP&A Manager role to support expansion and increased business complexity. This is a high-impact position partnering cross-functionally with leadership to build out forecasting capabilities, enhance reporting, and drive data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives

* Analyze performance across products, operations, and key drivers

* Partner with internal teams to improve cost visibility and efficiency

* Support pricing strategy and margin analysis

* Develop reporting and dashboards to strengthen business insights
* 6+ years of FP&A, cost accounting, or finance experience

* Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel and reporting tools)

* Experience supporting operational or cross-functional teams

* Ability to operate independently in a growing organization
