Job Description
This role provides advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. The professional serves as the primary point of contact or trusted advisor, acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships while collaborating with teammates and facilitating client relationships with Product Specialists.
Responsibilities- Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion, helping companies save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs.
- Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.
- Understand and interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with domestic and international teammates including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management, and facilitate client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions.
- Lead and facilitate dialogue with a variety of complex clients and prospects regarding industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues.
- Coach and mentor peers while using leadership skills.

- Financial modeling and formal credit training completion required.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
- Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions.
- Professional sales skills and experience, including planning, execution, and follow‑up of client meetings.
- Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to organize, facilitate, lead, and negotiate with a team of bank associates to solve client problems.
- Undergraduate degree desired (majors in business, finance, or economics preferred). An MBA is desirable.
- Required licenses:
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7 & 63 (must obtain SIE, Series7 & 63 within 180 days of start date). - Existing knowledge of the market preferred; active networking contacts and centers of influence established in the market.
- Active participation in local community organizations.
- Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
