Position Overview
As a Banking Manager within PNC's Asset Management organization, you will be based in Grand Rapids, MI. - Lead growth of banking services within the assigned markets.
- Craft and execute strategies to support business development within the markets, aligned with AMG's business and financial priorities.
- Oversee recruitment/acquisition, onboarding, and career development of banking professionals within the assigned markets.
- Coach, mentor, and manage performance of Banking Advisors to ensure individual and market goals are achieved while attaining customer experience results.
- Monitor and manage team adherence to AMG's risk and compliance policies and processes for the assigned markets.
- Build relationships and work closely with market and functional leaders, as well as cross line-of-business partners, to grow the Banking business and facilitate integrated business development opportunities and solutions for clients.
- Build/manage a network of external partners to assist the team in business development and client acquisition opportunities.
- Serve as subject matter expert for the team and demonstrate technical expertise in sophisticated/complex banking and lending strategies.
- Manage individual relationships with key clients within assigned markets as needed.
- Direct and manage markets to ensure client satisfaction, client retention, and expansion of sales revenue.
- Ensure team members are customer focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction, managing risk, and adhering to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- As a people manager, execintentionally cultivate diverse teams, live values with transparency and courage, enable change, achieve results, and develop the best.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. The following skills, competencies, work experience, education, and certifications/licenses are required or preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required. Masters, PhD, or certifications are desirable. - Experience:
Minimum 8+ years in industry experience; at least 5 years of prior management experience. - Certification/Licensing:
