Senior Financial Analyst (Contract Opportunity

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers
• Prepare variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
• Support month-end reporting and executive presentations
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to drive decision-making
• Develop dashboards, reports, and ad hoc financial analyses
• Assist with strategic planning and process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling experience
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
