Job SummaryThe Client Relations Manager supports Investment Advisors to ensure an outstanding client experience.
Major Responsibilities- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging client service.
- Interact with new and existing clients in all aspects of the client relationship including on-boarding, account updates, ad-hoc reporting, etc.
- Work directly with various custodians to complete client requests including cashiering, account maintenance and other client service functions.
- Support Investment Advisors in preparation for client meetings.
- Coordinate quarterly reporting to clients.
- Manage calendars of Investment Advisors as requested.
- Ensure accuracy of all workflow and client information within CRM system.
- Assist team members with various projects as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a client-service role or professional service firm preferred.
- Experience with Fidelity Wealthscape and/or Schwab Advisor Center preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high degree of professionalism, good judgment, and a sense of discretion and tact. Will be in regular contact with high-net-worth individuals and confidential client wealth and income information.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Superb attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- A high comfort level with, and curiosity about, new technology, especially industry and firm-specific software systems.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and organize own workday.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- Ability to assume ownership of a project, including timely follow-through and communication regarding its resolution, and to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
