Job DescriptionCascade Charter Township is accepting applications for the position of Building Inspector/Plan Reviewer. Under the direction of the Director of Building Inspections, the Building Inspector/Plan Reviewer is responsible for reviewing applications and plans and inspect building construction throughout the Township’s jurisdiction for code compliance.

- High School diploma (minimum 18 years of age)
- State of Michigan Registration as a code official or ability to acquire registration.
- Commercial inspection experience preferred.
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License.
Salary is up to $69,663 to $95,340 based on qualifications and experience; with comprehensive benefits (following a 90-day probationary period).
