- Perform full-body waxing using EWC’s Exclusive Comfort Wax while following service and sanitation standards.
- Build relationships with guests and help grow your book by providing excellent service and encouraging guests to rebook.
- Educate guests on service frequency, proper aftercare, and EWC products.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and comfortable service environment for every guest.
- Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of Michigan.
- A strong desire to grow your book of guests and build lasting guest relationships.
- A professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate guests on services, products, and aftercare.
- Excitement to learn and master the art of waxing through our training program.
- Ability to work at least one weekend day, with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus—especially experience helping guests find the best products and services for their individual needs.
