The Client Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our staffing services, with a focus on building strong client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
Client Relationship Management- Develops and maintains strong relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other clients
- Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their staffing needs and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborates with clients to understand their staffing requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs
- Coordinates the placement of healthcare professionals including nurses, allied health professionals and other personnel in client facilities
- Collaborates with internal teams to match qualified candidates with client job openings
- Ensures all required documentation, background checks, and certifications are complete and compliant with industry regulations
- Manages shift scheduling, ensuring that client facilities have adequate staffing coverage
- Monitors and maintains compliance with client-specific requirements and industry regulations
- Tracks and reports on staffing metrics and performance indicators
- Addresses and resolves any client concerns, staffing challenges, or issues that may arise
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in staffing processes and client satisfaction
- Maintains accurate client records, contracts, and billing information
- Assists in invoicing and billing processes in coordination with the finance department
- Prepares and distributes reports and documentation as needed
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in client coordination, customer service, or healthcare staffing preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in the English language is required
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with staffing software preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
