About the role – As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in shaping client progress, creating and overseeing individualized treatment plans, analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. You’ll also serve as a mentor and leader, training and supervising RBTs while collaborating closely with families to create lasting, positive change. • Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
• Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.

• Pay Range: $40–$65 per hour (or salary equivalent), depending on experience and role type.
• Scheduling Options:
  • Full-time (30–40 hours/week)
  • Part-time (15–29 hours/week)
  • Weekend and evening cases available (optional)

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family‑centered ABA care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in‑home visits.
