Serve as a concierge by greeting patients/visitors and collecting payments and co-pays;
Perform clerical functions: answer practice phone calls, schedule appointments, order supplies, generate letters, process mail and registrations;
Register and check-in patients, verify demographics and insurance, assist with kiosk registration; schedule follow-ups at check-out;
Maintain patient medical records and upload documents into EPIC; basic EMR/HER scanning;
Participate in safety initiatives and complete required safety competencies
