Schedule- Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Position SummaryThe Client Care Manager plays a vital leadership role within our office, serving as a key representative of Home Instead in the community. This position focuses heavily on marketing, relationship-building, and client acquisition
, while also overseeing essential billing and payroll functions
. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, community-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and organizations.
- Actively market Home Instead services to generate new client leads.
- Represent Home Instead at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach initiatives.
- Uphold and promote Home Instead’s reputation and brand within the South Grand Rapids community.
- Manage client billing processes accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate compensation.
- Collaborate with office leadership to support client satisfaction and growth.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and represent an organization professionally.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort working independently and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, marketing, billing, payroll, or office management required.
- Proficiency with basic office technology and software.
