• Encourage positive relationship building & Promoting Independence
• Elevate employee relations concerns to supervisor. May assist supervisor on special projects.
• Transportation and Participation in Community Activities
• Provide leadership, direction and support to staff on shift in coordination with the supervisor. This may include, but not be limited to scheduling, training, compliance, on‑call pager, and administrative supports.
• Personal Care/Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Medication Administration/Health Monitoring
• Cooking/Meal Prep/Dietary Support

• Minimum
  
  Education required:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in applicable setting
  • Associate's degree with 3 years experience in applicable setting
  • High School Diploma/GED with 4 years experience in applicable setting
• Valid State of Michigan driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to pass background checks as applicable
• Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
• Possess basic computer skills
