Key Responsibilities Evaluate members' behavioral health conditions and determine medical necessity for Autism and ABA services Collaborate with providers to clarify treatment plans and ensure valid diagnoses Educate caregivers and providers on autism benefits and facilitate access to care Qualifications Active unrestricted independent clinical mental health license (LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist) Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification 3+ years of post-independent licensure experience in psychiatric or substance use disorder treatment 3+ years of BCBA certification experience in providing ABA services Experience in case management or utilization management for autism spectrum disorder preferred
