As a vision‑driven organization, Atrio Home Care is seeking an Executive Director to lead our team. This key position must lead with a dynamic, engaging style and have a strong focus on quality and planning skills. Our ideal leader will provide leadership and direction to our team while building relationships and fostering a positive culture.

This team includes health‑care professionals providing the full range of certified home‑health services, including skilled nursing and therapy services, as well as our mental‑health specialty program. It also leads our private‑duty services team.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related health‑care bachelor’s degree
• Extensive home‑healthcare experience, including supervisory responsibilities and innovative, dynamic leadership
• Demonstrated success in meeting goals and progressive management experience in a fast‑paced, results‑driven organization
• Experience in project and system implementation and management, data and financial analysis, and quality improvement
• Self‑confident, visionary servant leadership

Atrio Home Care is a partnership of the home‑health and private‑duty agencies for Holland Home and Resthaven. We meet the different needs of aging adults by uniting two distinct providers to provide care in the comfort of their clients’ homes:

• Atrio Help at Home – Assisting seniors with daily tasks and providing much‑needed companionship.
• Atrio Home Health – Providing more skilled services such as physical rehabilitation and nursing acuity for seniors recovering from surgery, illness, or stroke.
