As a Rehabilitation Technician III, you'll support individuals recovering from TBI and SCI by providing hands‑on assistance with daily living, personal care, community activities, and therapeutic goals. You'll help clients build independence, celebrate progress, and improve their quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Coaches, mentors, and provides oversight to Rehab Tech I and II staff

What You Bring

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
