Valet Attendant

Valet Staff serve as the first impression of The Harris Building. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional arrival experience for all guests while ensuring safe and efficient vehicle handling. Valet staff will also be asked to assist with mid and post-event room flips.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Assist with opening doors and directing guests as needed
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following established procedures
• Communicate clearly with valet team members to maintain smooth traffic flow
• Monitor exterior Venue doors and vehicle keys throughout the entirety of the event.
• Assist guests courteously during departure
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area throughout the event
• Willingness to perform light end-of-night cleaning and physical tasks
• Support Event Coordinator with mid-event and end-of-night room flips

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must have a Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Must have the ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintaining a professional appearance, in uniform:
  Black Pants (without holes), black comfortable shoes, a Harris Building Polo (that will be provided) and a nametag. For colder months, we have Harris Valet Jackets available
• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during high-volume arrival and departure times
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
