Job Summary

The Tasting Room Associate supports all front ‑ facing tasting room operations, including greeting guests, providing beverage education, preparing and serving cocktails and tastings, stocking and organizing the space, and ensuring a clean, inviting environment. This role delivers exceptional hospitality while maintaining safety, accuracy, and brand standards.

• Deliver Exceptional Guest Hospitality: Provide warm, knowledgeable service through accurate beverage descriptions, recommendations, and engagement.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Tasting Room Environment: Ensure spaces are clean, stocked, and ready to support a high ‑ quality guest experience.
• Execute Accurate Beverage Service and Order Fulfillment: Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure Safe and Compliant Alcohol Service: Follow alcohol service laws, verify identification, and uphold responsible service practices.
• Support Operational Readiness and Guest Feedback: Maintain product knowledge, support team needs, and share guest insights with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and act in a manner consistent with our Mission, Vision & Values
• Provide an inviting experience for every guest through authentic engagement and prompt service
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non ‑ alcoholic beverages to recipe and quality standards
• Maintain understanding of New Holland spirits, cocktails, beer, and merchandise; share product knowledge confidently
• Stock and organize beverage products, glassware, tools, and merchandise; maintain tasting room readiness
• Follow all sanitation, cleaning, and beverage safety protocols; maintain clean spaces throughout the shift
• Adhere to alcohol service laws and verify identification when required
• Assist in capturing guest feedback and communicate insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and hospitality skills; ability to multitask while maintaining guest focus
• Basic bartending or tasting room experience preferred
• Comfort engaging with guests to describe products, answer questions, and offer recommendations
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
