Position: Full Cycle Recruiter

Full Cycle Recruiter

Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule: Fully onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (some flexibility)
Duration: Temporary assignment (up to 4 months) with potential to extend
Pay Rate: $30–32/hour

About the Role

We’re partnering with an organization that is experiencing growth and is seeking a consultative, hands‑on Full Cycle Recruiter to provide recruiting support out of their Grand Rapids location. This role will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering a high‑touch, “white glove” recruiting experience across a variety of positions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys being deeply involved with hiring leaders, guiding both managers and candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for to 35–50 open requisitions at a time
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative guidance
  • Recruit for roles all across the United States and Canada
  • Recruit across a wide range of roles, including Marketing, Sales, Production, Service, and corporate positions
  • Proactively anticipate staffing needs and support ongoing growth initiatives
  • Deliver a high‑touch, candidate‑focused recruiting experience
  • Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Extend verbal offers, assist with offer negotiations, and manage communication through background checks
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate tracking within the ATS
  • Serve as the primary onsite recruiting presence while collaborating with remote recruiting partners
Qualifications
  • 2-5years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience managing high-volume requisitions across multiple job functions
  • Experience providing hiring manager "White Glove Service."
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring managers
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
  • Comfortable working fully onsite and supporting EST hours with some flexibility
  • ATS experience required (Workday a plus, but not required)
  • Staffing agency background welcomed
  • Bachelor’s degree not required (nice to have)
