Position Overview

The HR Coordinator supports day-to-day human resources functions, including payroll assistance, onboarding, employment verification, and employee support. This role is ideal for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with payroll processing by reviewing timecards, resolving discrepancies, and preparing documentation
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and completion of required employment paperwork
  • Manage Form I-9 compliance, employment verification, and related recordkeeping
  • Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and payroll systems
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, providing support in English and Spanish
  • Partner with HR, Safety, and Operations teams to support workforce needs
  • Assist with benefits support and additional HR projects as needed
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of HR, payroll, onboarding, or related administrative experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of payroll processes and I-9 documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn HRIS systems
