Overview

Job Title: React Lead Engineer

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Locals Only.)

Must Have:
Type Script, JavaScript (ES6 ), React

JS, Next.js, React Native (iOS & Android), Headless CMS (Payload), RESTful APIs, Web & Mobile Application Development, Performance Optimization, Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Code Reviews, Automated Testing, SDLC, Cross-functional Collaboration, Problem-solving, UI/UX Collaboration, Scalable Application Architecture

• Develop clean, modular, and well-documented code using Type Script and Java Script
• Build and maintain web functionality using ReactJS
• Architect and maintain mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android)
• Integrate and manage dynamic content using a headless CMS (Payload preferred)
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and security
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and best practices
• Contribute throughout the full SDLC from design to deployment

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ) and Type Script
• Extensive experience with React
  
  JS and Next.js
• Hands-on experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile development
• Experience integrating headless CMS solutions
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
