We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to support and evolve our established and growing Service Now platform. This role will serve as a key technical leader within our Service Now ecosystem, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable architecture, strong governance, and successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings deep platform expertise, strong architectural vision, and the ability to guide teams through complex design and integration challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Provide architectural leadership across a mature and expanding Service Now environment
- Partner with fellow architects, technical product owners, and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with established architectural standards
- Design scalable, maintainable solutions across multiple Service Now modules
- Lead and support complex integrations between Service Now and external systems
- Guide development teams through integration best practices and architectural decision-making
- Establish, document, and uphold platform architecture standards and data governance policies
- Ensure alignment with CMDB/CSDM best practices and enterprise data integrity standards
- Consult on complex technical challenges and provide hands‑on architectural guidance when needed
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical standards
- Contribute to long‑term platform strategy and roadmap planning
- 7+ years of experience within the Service Now ecosystem
- 3+ years of experience serving in a Service Now Architect capacity
- Hands‑on experience in at least three (3) of the following modules:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- SPM
- HRSD
- IRM/GRC
- CMDB / CSDM
- Proven experience designing and implementing integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware, etc.)
- Experience guiding other technical teams through integration design and execution
- Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining architectural governance standards
- Experience creating and enforcing data governance frameworks
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) –
required
- Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) –
preferred - Experience working within a multi‑team, enterprise Service Now environment
- Strong understanding of platform scalability, upgrade strategy, and technical debt management
