Hybrid details: 100% Hybrid; intermittent onsite training (late March–14 August 2026), up to four weeks onsite.

This role will be responsible for conducting classroom, one‑on‑one, virtual, at‑the‑elbow training, and implementation support with a primary focus on Epic and other health systems. The trainer will partner with training team members, subject‑matter experts, and customers to develop audience‑specific training, including traditional and computer‑based curriculum materials. The trainer will organize and report on training registration and completion. Occasional weekend training and travel may be required.

• Conduct classroom, one‑on‑one, virtual, at‑the‑elbow training and implementation support for Epic and other health systems.
• Create and maintain project management documents such as work plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Participate in project teams to understand and implement the scope of work; contribute to training program delivery strategy, test the training environment, edit, assemble, and distribute course materials, and assist users with operational change management.
• Set up classroom training delivery, roster management, track completion, and other training related tasks.
• Establish relationships with super users and maintain ongoing communication to ensure training understanding.

• Associate’s Degree (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Preferred)
• 2 years of relevant experience (Required)

• Must Have:

• CERT
  - Epic Tapestry certification at time of hire
• CERT- MST build
• Instructional Design and Training

$69.00 – $74.00 per hour
