Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have a broad set of technical skills with several years of experience directly supporting small to mid-sized businesses.

Prior Managed Service Provider (MSP) Experience is a hard requirement at this time

8+ Years experience in:

• Microsoft 365 + Azure Ecosystem Fluency
• Hands‑on with Entra  (Azure AD), Intune, SharePoint/One Drive, Exchange Online, Teams
• Comfortable leading/doing migrations from on‑prem to cloud (identity, files, collaboration).
• Windows Server / AD Expertise
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, file services.
• Can assess legacy environments and migrate to modern cloud equivalents (e.g., Azure Files, SharePoint), troubleshooting along the way.
• Knowledge in network fundamentals (routing, VLANs, basic firewall concepts).

Experience With The Following Technologies

Required:

• MS Active Directory
• M365 Suite (Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive)
• Networking
• Switches, Firewalls, Wi‑Fi, VLAN administration and routing
• Windows Server and Windows 10 administration
• VMware ESXi and MS Hyper‑V

This is a Permanent position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 – $/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Grand Rapids, MI.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 20, 2026.
