This IT Service Delivery Intern will be provided a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in end‑user equipment deployment and Service Desk support, while working closely with our team to optimize new user onboarding processes and Service Desk KPIs.

• Assist with the deployment of end‑user equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient setup for new users.
• Provide support to the Service Desk, addressing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for optimizing existing deployment and support technologies.
• Contribute to the improvement of Service Desk KPIs through innovative solutions and process enhancements.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies or similar field.
• Strong technical aptitude with a keen interest in IT operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Some travel may be required; up to 10%.
