- The Network Administrator II is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure through incident resolution, request fulfillment, and standard project work.
- This role handles Tier 1 and Tier 2 network issues, supports network expansions and hardware refreshes, manages circuits, and collaborates with engineers to maintain a reliable and secure network environment.
- This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with enterprise networking technologies, and the ability to work independently while partnering effectively with the Network Engineering team.
- Travel is required at least once every six–eight weeks.
Permanent position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
Pay and BenefitsPay range $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year. Competitive benefits package appropriate for the role and market.
