Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for manufacturing software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with shop floor control systems and related equipment.
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and repair of workstations, printers, and mobile devices on the plant floor.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT teams or external vendors.
• Conduct basic network troubleshooting for connectivity issues affecting manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing-specific software (e.g., MES, SCADA).
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs) and their connectivity.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols relevant to factory floor operations.
• Ability to provide on-site technical support and remote assistance for production equipment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices applicable to operational technology (OT) systems.
