Description Overview

Join the Global Consumer Insights & Analytics (I&A) organization to play a critical role in shaping enterprise strategy through data, analytics, and insight‑led decision making.

The Senior Director, Global Market Measurement & Advanced Analytics role is accountable for building and leading Perrigo’s enterprise-wide market measurement and advanced analytics capabilities. This role owns the “single source of truth” for global market and business performance, enabling faster, higher-quality decisions across the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Global Categories, and Regional Clusters.

The role partners closely with the ELT, Investor Relations, IT, and Global Category Leaders to define and execute Perrigo’s global business analytics vision, integrating descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to identify opportunities and drive growth, efficiency, and value creation.

Scope of the Role Enterprise Business Intelligence & Market Measurement
  • Own One Perrigo global unified market measurement
    , serving as the enterprise single source of truth across categories, geographies, and channels.
  • Establish and govern global market measurement standards, data definitions, methodologies, and platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Deliver total enterprise key business performance metrics including sales, share, distribution, pricing, and household panel buying behavior
    .
  • Lead innovation in global market size estimation, PPA/consumption forecasting with the revenue management team, and advanced data visualization.
  • Partner with Global and Regional Digital eCommerce and Commercial teams to:
    • Lead analytics that diagnose and improve digital shelf execution across retailers, platforms, and geographies
    • Identify digital growth opportunities and risks
    • Improve conversion and total digital performance
    • Expand and scale digital shelf tools, dashboards, and analytic capabilities globally
Advanced Analytics & Decision Enablement
  • Develop and execute Perrigo’s global advanced analytics roadmap
    , spanning predictive and prescriptive analytics to inform global category:
    • Where‑to‑play and how‑to‑win strategy
    • Long‑range business planning
    • Portfolio optimization, innovation prioritization, and investment decisions
  • Develop high‑impact scalable diagnostic analytics for critical business planning processes.
  • Influence global strategic choices with data‑driven foresight and scenario modeling.
Data, AI, and Digital Enablement
  • Serve as the I&A lead for Perrigo’s Data & AI strategy
    , partnering with IT and the enterprise digital marketing leaders.
  • Support and influence enterprise data architecture, analytics platforms, and analytic tool selection.
  • Provide business questions and thought leadership to IT and other digital functional partners to advance end‑to‑end AI solutions.
  • Expand and scale advanced analytic capabilities and self‑service tools across the organization.
  • Drive efficiency by reducing data duplication, AI application, and new organizational ways of working.
Leadership, Governance & Capability Building
  • Help activate Perrigo’s new operating model across the I&A function and enterprise.
  • Lead and coach a 5‑member global analyst team.
  • Coach and upskill the full I&A team and enterprise organization.
  • Lead innovation pilots, new vendor partnerships, and emerging analytic methodologies.
Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, market measurement, or data strategy within a medium to large, complex organization.
  • Experience in media strategy, planning, and measurement a plus as this role can expand into these spaces.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise‑scale BI and advanced analytics organizations.
  • Strong partnership experience with IT, Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Finance teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive change through data.
  • Experience building and leading high‑performing, multidisciplinary
