QA Lead, IT​/Tech, Systems Analyst

Our client, a global leader in business transformation and workplace innovation, is seeking multiple QA Leads to join their team. As a QA Lead, you will be part of the Software Quality Department supporting Business Transformation (BT) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and cross-team coordination skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA Lead
Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite) & Remote
What's the Job?

• Lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and projects
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases
• Facilitate bug lifecycle management and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with automation specialists to support automated testing
• Provide quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience leading software testing projects
• Strong QA expertise and understanding of best practices
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in reporting and metrics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
