Pride Health is hiring an Epic Tapestry Analyst for one of its clients in Michigan.
This is a 6+ month contract with Contract-to-Hire, with competitive pay and benefits.
There is a Remote role with a chance to be on-site for a few days around the Go-Live date.
Job Title: Epic Tapestry Analyst
Pay range: $52 - $56 an Hour on a W2
Location: Remote (Troy, MI)
Duration: 6+ months of contract (Contract-to-Hire)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5x8 Hr
Job SummarySeeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Analyst to support payer operations, system configuration, enhancements, reporting, and production support within a healthcare environment. The analyst will work closely with business and IT teams to optimize Epic Tapestry workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and support health plan operations.
Job Duties- Configure, maintain, and enhance Epic Tapestry applications and workflows.
- Support Utilization Management, Case Management, Appeals & Grievances, Membership/Eligibility, Enrollment Administration, and Provider Management functions.
- Analyze business requirements and implement system solutions to support health plan operations.
- Develop and support reports, extracts, and data analysis using Epic reporting tools.
- Participate in testing, issue resolution, system upgrades, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operational teams, and technical teams to improve processes and system performance.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recent healthcare industry experience.
- Epic Tapestry Foundations Certification required.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Epic Tapestry Utilization Management and/or Case Management
- Epic Tapestry Appeals & Grievances
- Epic Tapestry Membership/Eligibility and Enrollment Administration
- Epic Tapestry Provider Management and/or Provider/Vendor Contracts
- Epic Tapestry Core
- Experience with Epic Business Intelligence Developer (BID), Reporting Workbench, Clarity, Cogito, or Caboodle preferred.
- SQL and/or PL/SQL experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and payer operations preferred.
- Experience supporting integrated provider/payer environments or Epic shared-instance implementations is a plus.
