  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Installation to ensure solutions are execution‑ready, scalable, and aligned with real‑world field capabilities, while continuously evolving deployment models to improve speed, cost, and reliability.
  • Scale delivery capabilities to support growth, ensuring the organization can meet rapidly increasing demand in flexible automation markets without compromising quality, safety, or customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a senior escalation and executive sponsor for key customers and internal stakeholders, driving issue resolution and ensuring Flexible Automation engagements deliver consistent results, long‑term partnerships, and repeat business.
  • Provide leadership in strategic business planning and operational improvement, shaping the roadmap for delivery excellence, organizational maturity, and sustained portfolio performance.

  • Ability to partner effectively with Engineering, Installation, Product Management, and Commercial teams to ensure solutions are execution‑ready and scalable.
