Weekend Operations Specialist On-Site

Overview

Our Operations Team is looking for an energetic and competitive Weekend Operations Specialist who is willing to go the extra mile with our customer service for carriers and sales team. This is an on-site position in Grand Rapids, MI – Friday to Monday.

• Obtaining shipment updates from contractors
• High-volume phone and email outreach
• Negotiating rates with contractors (carrier sales)
• Providing updates and solutions to team members
• General Data Entry

• Bachelor s Degree preferred
