Responsibilities

  • Provide data‑driven insights and analytical support to solve strategic and operational problems using large data sets, translating insights into actionable dashboards and reports that influence business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers, understanding and anticipating their needs and opportunities.
  • Define requirements, conduct data analysis, automate data processes, build visual analytics, and use BI tools to deliver ad‑hoc and special‑project analyses for business leaders.
  • Develop business acumen within the Operations and Supply Chain functions and become the go‑to resource for analytical support.
  • Build scalable data architecture and reusable analytics assets for broad consumption, improving data collection, linking datasets, and driving global alignment.
  • Navigate existing technology environments to locate, validate, extract, and format data for analysis; identify and define data assets linked to critical business functions; modify and run queries and standard reports.
  • Continuously monitor processes and services for data accuracy, reliability, integrity, and quality; engage in process and quality improvement activities, including data governance.
  • Stay current with market trends, research, and best practices in the Operations and BI fields to maintain professional competence.
  • Provide system configuration and administration for other critical systems supporting Operations and Supply Chain, as requested.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, Database Systems, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 5–7 years of professional analytics and technology experience, including report development, data science, business analytics, BI, or comparable data engineering roles.
  • Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques, and technology.
  • Alteryx Core Designer certification (preferred).
  • Tableau Desktop Specialist certification (preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience building front‑end dashboards with Tableau (intermediate level desired).
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying large, complex data sets, testing results, and tuning performance.
  • Knowledge of ETL concepts for acquiring, cleansing, and combining diverse data sets (preferred).
  • Intermediate‑level experience with Alteryx (preferred).
  • Knowledge of a data analytics programming language such as Python, R, and/or SAS (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts simply to clients and stakeholders.
  • Sensitivity to client needs and ability to develop and maintain warm client relationships.
  • Curiosity and passion for data, visualization, and problem solving.
  • Creativity in determining the best solution for real‑world problems with quantitative data.
