Marketing Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to provide insights that drive strategy, improve ROI, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital, email, social, and paid media channels
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track KPIs and marketing ROI
- Interpret customer data, market trends, and competitive insights to support marketing strategy and planning
- Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis for marketing initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and analytics tools
- Assist with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and attribution analysis
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field
- 25+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting or analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, BI tools)
- Experience analyzing digital marketing performance metrics preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
- Knowledge of attribution modeling, customer lifecycle analysis, or segmentation techniques
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $ per year
